Training Administrator (Student Support)
Alexa joined the ACOP team in November 2022 after completing a Bachelor of Clinical Science. Although she already has 5 years of part-time customer service experience in various roles, Alexa has started full-time work for the first time to further her professional skills and learn the dynamics of a full-time team. The core of Alexa’s long-term goals has always been to help people and make a difference and she is currently exploring her interests in the health industry, with the knowledge of her degree behind her, to discover the next steps in her career path.
As a Training Administrator (Student Support), Alexa responds to phone calls and email enquiries which includes assisting students with enrolments, progressing through their course, and accessing the relevant information for their study and career plans.
Outside of work, Alexa loves a warm day at the beach where she can swim and read. She also loves travelling and trying different cuisines with her friends and family.
