Unique Student Identifier (USI)

If you are a student studying nationally-recognised training at a Registered Training Organisation like the Australian College of Professionals (ACOP) you are required to have a Unique Student Identifier from 1st January 2015. The USI will give you ongoing access to your records and results, so they are always available if you choose to enrol in further training or need to show a future employer. www.usi.gov.au.

Do you want ACOP to apply for a USI for you?
It will take ACOP up to a week to process and apply on your behalf. It takes about 5 minutes to do it yourself at www.usi.gov.au. If ACOP apply on your behalf, you will need to download the privacy policy statement http://www.acop.edu.au/docs/ACOP%20USI%20Privacy-Notice.pdf You then need to email the privacy form to enquiries@acop.edu.au once you have completed it. If you get ACOP to apply for your USI, you will still need to log into www.usi.gov.au to confirm and complete the application in order to access your information. In addition to returning the Privacy Form to ACOP, you will also need to complete the information below.

- I have read and understood the conditions relating to fees and refunds. (There are no refunds for cancellations less than 24 hours prior to commencement of the training. For cancellations less than fourteen (14) days prior to the training course, the College will transfer your enrolment to another date but no refund will apply. For cancellations more than fourteen (14) days prior to the training course, an administration fee of 20% of the course fee will apply. For course transfers less than 24 hours prior to the commencement of the training, an administration fee of 50% of the course fee will apply. Distance Education Courses - no refunds will apply after the course materials have been issued.)
- I acknowledge that ACOP reserves the right to cancel or condense courses due to unforseen circumstances and/or if minimum course numbers are not reached. Students will be offered a full refund for any course fees paid for the cancelled course or have their course fee credited towards another ACOP course.
