Diploma of Property
(Agency Management)

CPP51122

The Diploma of Property (Agency Management) or Diploma of Property (Agency Management – Strata) are qualifications for senior property professionals and those wishing to move into senior positions.

The new CPP51122 version, and the superseded CPP51119 version, are both acceptable as the qualification required to make an application to NSW Fair Trading for a Class 1 licence (Licensee-in-Charge).

The Diploma of Property (Agency Management) qualification and the strata stream – Diploma of Property (Agency Management – Strata) contains twelve (12) Units of Competency.  If you have been working in the property industry anywhere in Australia, you will already have much  of the knowledge and skills that are covered in this training program.  The purpose of this higher level qualification is to provide you with advanced skills relating to the management and operation of a property business, not simply the functions of selling or managing properties.
