Training for Existing Licence Holders

Gain An Extra Licence Category

As part of the Australian College of Professionals extensive property training scope, the College is able to provide training for each property licence category.

In order to gain the full qualification, and therefore be eligible to make application to NSW Fair Trading for an additional licence category, you must be assessed and deemed competent for each Unit of Competency within your desired licence qualification.

If you currently hold another category of licence under the NSW Property, Stock and Business Agent’s Act 2002, you will need to provide a copy of the qualifications that you gained to achieve that other category of licence and completed questionnaire for that class of licence.
