Megan has been working with the College since mid-2012 and brings a strong work ethic, exceptional organisational skills, and a genuine passion for continuous improvement. She commenced her career with the College managing all payments and invoicing, where her attention to detail and efficient processes quickly stood out.
Megan was soon promoted to Co-ordinator, Government Funded Programs, working closely with trainees completing their qualifications through the College. Her organised and streamlined approach improved internal processes and enhanced the experience for both students and staff.
In late 2017, Megan moved into the role of Qualifications Manager, where she was responsible for all RPL/RCC outcomes and the overall issuance of qualifications. She ensured that assessments, evidence collection, and training programs were tailored to meet the individual needs of each student while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
In December 2018, Megan was promoted to Training Manager, overseeing all aspects of training delivery, including RPL/RCC processes, the student database, and the administration team.
Megan has since progressed into the role of Quality Improvement Manager, where she is responsible for driving continuous improvement across the College. In this position, she focuses on compliance, systems, and process improvement to ensure high-quality outcomes for students and stakeholders.
Outside of work, Megan is married and a proud mum of two young boys. She and her husband love to travel and have explored America, Europe, Asia, and South America. Highlights include attending the 2014 Soccer World Cup in Brazil, trekking the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, sleeping in the Amazon rainforest, and paragliding over the Swiss Alps.
