With more than three decades of hands-on experience, she brings a grounded, practical and operationally focused perspective to her role as a trainer and assessor. Her many years as Director and Principal Licensee of successful family agencies established her reputation for ethical practice, strong client relationships and steady, practical leadership.
Penny has also held senior leadership roles in student accommodation, facilities management and social housing, overseeing high-volume, fast-paced operational environments including major student accommodation portfolios and government housing maintenance programs. Her expertise spans compliance, risk management, contractor performance, resident and client service, budgeting and full end-to-end operational delivery.
In the training environment, Penny is fast becoming known for her clear, relatable and down-to-earth approach. She is passionate about the property industry and deeply committed to strengthening the capability, judgement and professionalism of the next generation of agents. Her ability to translate complex legislative and regulatory requirements into practical, real-world application ensures students not only understand the material but feel genuinely confident applying it in their daily work.
Penny’s greatest joy is spending time with her 8 grandchildren and being a part of the process of raising and educating the next generation.
