Sue Dihm
Training Engagement Officer
Sue is a dedicated and accomplished professional with a diverse background in executive support, customer services, operations and office management. Her current role as the Training Engagement Officer at the Australian College of Professionals, brings her into daily contact with new and continuing students. As each student commences with the College, Sue connects and makes sure that they have a broad understanding of their individualised training program, how to access their training materials and how to complete their online assessments through the student portal. Sue guides and supports new trainees through initial assessments into their traineeships.
With a background in roles such as Strata Manager, Marketing Executive, and various senior administrative positions within residential real estate, including managing teams, implementing compliance procedures, and orchestrating events – Sue brings with her a robust understanding of the property industry.
Sue’s life experience extends beyond the professional realm, as she combined parenthood of her three (now adult) children with contributing to family businesses in finance and renewable energy sectors and her hands-on involvement as a buyer, seller, investor, landlord, and tenant in real estate, including ventures like duplex development, registering strata plans, renovating existing homes and buying and selling off the plan – all of this experience has given her invaluable insights into the property industry which will be of great assistance to her support of the College students.
