Apply for RPL - Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice - Dual Real Estate and Stock & Station

Use your work experience to achieve a nationally recognised qualification at a fraction of the cost, time and effort through ACOP's Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) assessment process.

Save Money
The full qualification normally costs up to $3,500.
Pay an initial $200 RPL assessment fee for ACOP to assess your evidence for RPL for your qualification and provide you with an individualised training plan.  This initial RPL Assessment Fee  will be deducted from the total Qualification Fee.
If you are granted RPL, this makes the qualification more affordable and manageable by reducing your overall training requirements.

Save Time and Effort
RPL assessing can be completed within a matter of weeks, exempting you from studying the units where you already have the experience and the knowledge. Why complete study when you already have the on-the-job experience? Avoid repeat learning and study of what you already know. Simply gather and lodge sufficient and relevant evidence and our RPL Assessors will work with you every step of the way.

Recognition of Prior Learning Evidence Required
ACOP can assess what exemptions you may receive based on not just your academic qualifications but also your work experience. For students who wish to apply for RPL/RCC, you will need to provide the following evidence:
  • Current Resume
  • Licensee Questionnaire
  • Copies of any academic transcripts (list of subjects and results) from previous studies
  • Copies of references written by current or past work supervisors, employers, client testimonials, position statements or written reference from solicitors or accountants who are familiar with your experience and skills
You can also refer to the Evidence Guide so that you know what sort of supporting documentation we may need to assess you for exemptions.
