The below CPD courses are ONLY for Licenced Agents. The College takes no responsibility if you complete this training and only hold a Class 3 Assistant Agent authority (Certificate of Registration).

The courses listed below are for CPD year 2022 – the CURRENT CPD year (23 March 2022 to 22 March 2023)

Online

Online means that you are given a login and password to complete the whole course online. You must complete this online course and submit by 22nd March 2023 in order to meet your CPD requirements.

If you hold a Real Estate licence and a Strata Management licence, (either Class 1 or Class 2) you are required to complete Compulsory CPD in both categories of licence.

As two (2) of the topics in each of the Compulsory sessions are identical, if you hold both licences, you are only required to complete an additional hour to cover the topic that is different.

This additional one hour topic for either real estate or strata management, is offered through the online student portal.
