How do psychosocial hazard effect property agents?

As with any industry, psychosocial hazards are being talked about more commonly in the workplace. Psychosocial hazards can cause significant harm, particularly in relation to creating stress. Stress ...itself is not an injury but if it becomes frequent, prolonged or severe it can cause psychological and physical harm. Under work Health and Safety Act 2011, employers, workers and officers al have specific duties. For NSW property agents, these duties apply within their work environment, whether in the office or out inspecting, managing or showing properties.
