By undertaking the Strata Management Agency Practices module via a Part Qualification, it will ultimately reduce the total course fee when completing the full qualification. You will be saving up to $1,500 (if training were completed fee-for-service via face to face delivery).

CPPCMN4008 - Read plans, drawings and specifications for residential buildings 
CPPDSM4034 - Negotiate and implement strata community management agreement
CPPDSM4044 - Co-ordinate maintenance and  repair of properties and facilities
CPPDSM4045 - Facilitate meetings in the property industry
CPPDSM4047 - Implement and monitor procurement process
CPPDSM4074 - Select and appoint contractors in the property industry

If you have already completed the above Units of Competency, then you are unable to complete this module via a Part Qualification.
