Due to the nature of the content and it’s practical applications, Stock & Station sessions are only available via Interactive Webinar or Face to Face.
If a licensed agent is unable to complete five hours of CPD training in an interactive environment, they may complete a minimum of 10 hours of CPD through online training as an alternative. This must include all compulsory topics relevant to their licence category/ies, plus their choice of other training to make up a total of 10 hours. |

Additional CPD Requirement for Licensed Agents who undertake any functions in residential sales NSW Fair Trading have included an additional topic of study for licensed agents who work in residential sales. In addition to the 5 hours of CPD, you are required to complete an additional online session through NSW TAFE portal. This session relates to “Underquoting and Price Misrepresentations”.All residential salespeople are required to complete the course by 30 June 2025. You can register for the course at https://store.training.tafensw.edu.au/product/price-representation-in-real-estate-underquoting/ If you register by the 30th October 2024, you will receive a 50% discount off your course fee for this additional session. This course cannot be completed anywhere else other than the NSW TAFE portal. |
