The Australian College of Professionals conducts a specific Commercial Sales & Leasing course. Within the property industry in New South Wales there is a specialised group of agents who deal with the sales and leasing of commercial and retail property. This sector of the industry has its own processes which differ from the day-to-day role of agents working in traditional suburban residential real estate agencies.
Many agents need to acquire the specialist set of skills and knowledge required to work in the commercial and retail sector.
This training module addresses the need for training in the area of the sales and leasing of commercial, industrial and retail properties and examines the national Units of Competency from the CPP41419 – Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification:
CPPREP4201 Appraise commercial property
CPPREP4203 Complete commercial property sale
CPPREP4204 Establish commercial property lease
The Australian College of Professionals conducts a two (2) day skills development program for agents wishing to gain these skills and knowledge in the commercial and retail sector.
Not only is this a skills development course, but this module can also be utilised by Assistant Agents as 3 of the Units of Competency required towards the real estate Class 2 licence qualification. In order to gain the qualification required for a Class 2 Real Estate Agent’s Licence, you need to choose one elective module. This Commercial Sales & Leasing module is one of those electives.
This module can also be used for general skills development for which the 3 hour elective CPD requirements would be met.

This course is offered face-to-face or online.
The Commercial Sales & Leasing course is conducted over a two (2) day workshop. You can download our calendar to review our upcoming face to face dates.
For face to face assessments and online study, you will be provided with a username and password to access your course through our online Student Portal system.
It is important to ensure that you store your login details safely as you can log in and out of your portal at any time.
Please note that although our online training portal is compatible with mobile phones, some of the assessment activities relating to the completion of forms can only be accessed through the Adobe Reader Program, which means that you will be required to complete these aspects of your training using a computer, laptop or tablet.
For online study, hard-copy versions of the online content are available for purchase. If you would like a hard copy of the course content posted to you, this can be organised at a cost of $66 inc GST per course.
You will be given 3 months to complete this course.
There are no educational entry requirements in order to undertake this training course.

At the conclusion of the training course and the successful completion of all assessment tasks, you will receive a Statement of Attainment for the three national Units of Competency noted above. These Units of Competency are part of the Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice qualification.
