Do Class 1 licensed property agents in NSW need to complete addition CPD training?

If you are a Class 1 licence holder, you also need to complete an additional 5 hour Fair Trading accredited business forum. Whilst Fair Trading have conducted a few ...of these at the beginning of the CPD year, they have now given approval to a few training organisations to conduct these business forums on their behalf.

ACOP has access to government funding for new employees and also subsidised funding for experienced employees or people not yet working in the industry specific to the training. Eligibility varies for each of the government subsidies and in some situations, the employer may also be eligible for financial incentives whilst their employee is completing their relevant qualification.

Students who have completed previous study or have work experience in specific industries may be granted Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) or Recognition of Current Competency (RCC) which can assist them through their training program.
