Cindy has worked in the real estate industry since 1988 and in the strata management sector since 2019 and has developed a breadth of knowledge, skills and understanding that she has used to underpin the successful running of her own real estate and strata management business. Since selling her business in 2024 to focus on her passion of training people in the property industry, Cindy has demonstrated her commitment to help professionals develop their skills and enthuse them with her passion for the industry. She has a strong belief that strata management is the future and that professionals working in this space need detailed and practical training and that she is the one to assist agents to make that transition from theory into successful practice, a reality.

Cindy has a focus for detail in the strata and property management spheres of the industry and ensures that she maintains currency in relation to legislation and regulatory requirements to ensure that she has the most up-to-date information to support her students.

Cindy has a hunger for travel and more recently for golf. In between these two activities – she will be sharing her professional knowledge and skills with ACOP students.
